If you’re unsure, you can book a ‘custom’ repair via our booking engine. When you arrive with the bike we can discuss with you in person what the bike needs and assign repairs accordingly.

Ideally on the morning of your booking. We open at 08:30 Monday through Saturday. If you need to drop off prior to your booked date, please contact us.

Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer delivery / collection at this time.

We will give you an estimate of cost when you drop the bike off with us. If you require a written quote for insurance purposes for example, please add ‘quote’ to your service bookings. If we cant give you an accurate enough idea of cost at the door, we will contact you with a more concrete estimate prior to starting the repairs.

Sure, we are happy to fit parts you supply yourself - providing they are in good condition and are compatible with your bike.

We endeavour to return your bike as soon as possible. We keep stock of the most commonly used parts, however some older / more eccentric components may need to be ordered in leading to a slightly longer lead time. We will update you if this is the case.

We prefer payment by card, though cash is also accepted.
